1. Every set of our press-on nails is meticulously handcrafted and tailored to your unique preferences. If your are drawn to the exact look of the press-on nails shown in the picture, we kindly recommend selecting the same specifications listed in the product information. This will allow us to recreate the look as closely as possible. Please note, however, that choosing a different nail shape or length may result in a final look that is slightly different--but still beautifully handcrafted with care.
2. Within 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order details. If you selected "customized" for nail size at checkout, please kindly reply to the email as soon as possible with your information. We will provide the estimated customization and shipping time in the confirmation email. Depending on the design and mailing address, it may take approximately 10 to 25 days.
3. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we will not be able to cancel your order or provide a refund. Since our press-on nails are handcrafted custom pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please feel free reach out to us—we are always happy to assist you.
4. As each set is handmade, please understand that there may be slight variations from the display photos. However, we strive to preserve the details, texture, and overall aesthetic shown in our images. If you would like to request small changes to a design, such as removing a specific crystal or embellishment, or if you have other preferences regarding nail shape or length, please include your preferences in your reply to the confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Each package comes with your selected set of Press-on Nails, 2 Alcohol Wipes, 3 sheets of 24 Sticky Tabs (Jelly Gel), 1 Sponge Buffer, 1 Jewelry Cleaning Cloth.
How long does shipping take?
All of our press-on nails are handcrafted and customized according to your preferences. Depending on the design and your shipping address, the estimated customization and shipping time is usually around 10 to 25 days. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will also include the estimated delivery time.
What is the return policy?
As our press-on nails are handcrafted custom pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
