All August Nail designs are handcrafted and custom-made, created exclusively according to each customer’s order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@augustnail.com within 24 hours of placing it. We will be happy to issue a full refund, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at customerservice@augustnail.com. 

After 24 hours of placing the order, please understand that we are unable to provide a refund, as our designers will have already started preparing your custom set. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note that press-on nails are consumable items, and with long-term use or accidental impact, fading, slight wear, or decoration detachment may naturally occur. These are normal signs of use and are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your kind understanding and support.
